Hello,

I tried to replace e.g. the function sqlglm() by the new SQLErrorGetText()
function; however, I recieved unresolved symbols. Oracle version is 8.1.6.2
on OSF 4.0d. I tried to locate the symbol by nm'ing all the libs, but didn't
find it yet. Is this an installation issue?

Thanx Peter

In article <3a42...@news.lhsgroup.com>,

According to the manual it should be an external function in SQLLIB as
of Oracle 8i (8.1.x ?) If it is not in the lib, you need a newer lib.

Thank you for your contribution, however, inbetween I found the real reason:
the header file sqlcpr.h must be included, since it contains simple
redefinitions of the mentioned symbols by #define's...
