Hi,
I downloaded the Oracle ODBC driver and tried to install it on my PC.
But the instruction says it has to be installed from Oracle Universal
Installed. I do NOT have Oracle CD. Is there any other way to install
ODBC driver? If not, Where to download the Oracle Universal Installer
for Windows 95? Thanx.

middle-left, under the drop down tab stating 'Select a Product',
download one of the database versions and use the installer from that.
I don't believe that you can download the installer separately.

How did you install Oracle to begin with without any installation
medium?

The only way is to download personal oracle or oracle server.
However, Oracle doesn't support win95 anymore.
Looks like you are stuck.
