Hi,

i was experimenting with user defined aggregate function in pl/sql.
But a re-implementation of SUM() - just as an example - was pretty
slow.
So i wonder if there will be significant speed-up for implementing in C
++(?)
I was looking in the web for a code example for user defined aggregate
function implemented in C++ (or C).
But i didn't find some :-(
Can somebody post a link here for a C++ demo (preferable for unix/
linux environment).

- thanks!

best regards,
Frank

Another question:
Will there be still a switchover from SQL interpreter to PL/SQL
interpreter for invoking a user defined aggregate function, which is
implemented in C/C++?

regards,
Frank
