latest opatch for 11.1 finally runs well for applying PSU's

For the longest time on my 11.1 systems the process of applying the
oracle database PSU's via opatch has worked but has reported final
results a little strangely. Typically it would run but would report
"completed with warnings" etc.

The most recent opatch 11.1.0.9.6 finally works cleanly in checking
prereqs and applying the PSU ( well just one so far 11.1.0.7.11 ) to a
single instance single home ASM based type of system.

For example ( checking prereqs ... this system was last patched to
11.1.07.10 with no one off's ).

Prereq "checkConflictAgainstOHWithDetail" passed.

OPatch succeeded.

*** Now in previous versions it would warn about patches superceding
others and would not end with "succeeded" but with warnings.

It now does do some of the warnings about 11.1.0.7.11 being a superset
of 11.1.0.7.10 when doing the actual apply ... does double
checking ... then asks if the local system is ready to be patched.

At the end of the opatch apply it again completes "cleanly" and ends
without warnings.

Wow Oracle ... only took you how long with 11.1 to get the PSU's going
in without some weird opatch confusing messages???

I avoided 11.1.0.9.4 opatch as it had some changes but was still
somewhat funky and different than older versions ( similar to but
different from 11.1.0.8.5 opatch ). For me anyhow 11.1.0.9.6 opatch
looks pretty good!
