I am running Oracle8.05 on Solaris2.6. I got a ORA-00603 when I try to drop a
table. After the error, I got disconnected by sqlplus. Has anyone got this
error before? Please help!
Thanks.

Error: ORA 603
Text: ORACLE server session terminated by fatal error
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cause: An ORACLE server session is in an unrecoverable state.
Action: Login to ORACLE again so a new server session will be created
This is a fairly generic error that can occur for mutliple reasons. Check the
alert log and any trace files for other errors that may explain it (e.g. ORA 1092
