Role : CRM Solutions CONSULTANT

Location : Hartford, Connecticut, United States



Position Description:

CGI is looking for a result oriented Senior CRM Solution Consultant with excellent knowledge on leading CRM platforms in the market. The person will act like a true consultant and invest time to understand customer requirements, perform due analysis, compare the CRM solutions offerings against the requirements, come up with solution recommendations, implementation plan and implements the solution. The person should be an excellent team player with customer first mindset.



Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Leading sessions to understand customer CRM needs, come up with solution recommendations, solution design, cost estimates, implements the solution and provide support

• Follow the agile/scrum methodology to manage the projects

• Create standard offerings on the CRM solutions and work with customer to explain the benefits to them

• Ability to articulate and communicate complex problems in a simple, logical and impactful manner.

• Able to address and map complex business processes and technology challenges in relation to implementation of CRM technologies.

• Display attention to detail in executing, reviewing the quality standards and coach team members on the implementation journey.



Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Minimum Degree Required:

Bachelor Degree in business administration or equivalent



Minimum Years of Experience:

At least 5+ year(s) of CRM solution evaluation/solution/implementation experience

At least 8+ year(s) of overall IT experience. One should have gone through an entire SDLC oneself.



Certification(s) Desired:

Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, and/or Salesforce.com Certified Developer, Salesforce.com Certified Sales/Service Consultant, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Functional Consultant Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate



Functional and Technical Capabilities

• Proven track record of developing and delivering solutions using Salesforce and CRM Dynamics technology-enabled solutions

• Excellent knowledge in supporting large organizational transformation and improving performance of their key business units (Lead generation, demand generation, sales, marketing, IT and operations).

• Experience in Salesforce design and solution architecture for Force.com custom applications, Sales Cloud, Communities.

• Utilize functional/technical designs to build out Salesforce solutions in Sales, Service, CPQ, Communities, Billing areas

• Utilize functional/technical designs to build out Sales, Finance & Operations, Customer Service, Field Services, Marketing solutions using CRM Dynamics

• Good understand of common CRM data architecture, integration with external solutions, data model and workflow.

• Utilize system application implementations, software configurations and other coding in the CRM technological product suites in Salesforce.com; utilize Salesforce design, configuration, integration, and Apex coding and data migration.

• Understand third party integrations, functionality, and impact of these integrations.

• Working knowledge of a SQL products, JIRA/Agile central, SharePoint, Confluence tools, MS-office tools

Expert level ability in Reports, Dashboards and Workflows; Ability to design complex assignment rules, escalations and criteria based workflows
