Could somebody send me a link to Oracle 9i instant client download? I went
to technet.oracle.com, and can't find it.

That's the only one I know of.

According to the instant client FAQ, this should work with all Oracle versions:

Instant Client is new in 10g.

Why would you want an older one anyway?

I had the same question in my mind, but then remembered all the poorly
written applications out there.
The cost of those poorly written apps is just amazing, security,
upgradability, scalabiltiy. Ouch.
