Cannot startup: ORA-27100: shared memory realm already exists

When I try to startup the oracle I always get:

Database "orc2" warm started.

What is going wrong? I've installed Oracle without any errors during the
installation on my netra.. Please help me.. Thankx a lot!

Just for fun - and the easy way to drop any existing shared memory
segments - reboot your machine. If it still doesn't work, did you make the
kernel-parameter changes as documented in the install notes?

Platform? What does ipcs say?

I've rebooted allready, but I doesn't work.. :(
I've configured the /etc/system as shown below, maked a file named
reconfige in / and rebooted the maschine for the installation..

{oracle} grep set /etc/system
