Job Title: Oracle Cloud Payroll Manager
Job Location: Atlanta, GA
Exp:12+ experience

Experience leading an entire work stream of Oracle Cloud applications.
Must have experience running payroll in Oracle Cloud for multiple customers.
Researches and analyzes existing systems and processes; identifying data and process flows and integration points; articulate risks and barriers; recommending project approaches.
Contributes to and drives configurations, reports, interfaces, testing, user training and
Participates in the design, development and maintenance of Conversions, and Interfaces between Oracle’s Suite of Business Applications and third-party vendors.
Works closely with the Analysts and Functional Consultants to gather requirements for reports, interfaces, extensions, integration, and conversions for Oracle’s Suite of Business Applications.
Opens, manages, and resolves Oracle Service Requests with Oracle Support.
Participates on (and may lead) projects where analysis of systems or data requires an in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
Configures or supports Oracle Payroll module
Work closely with the Technical Consultants/Team to provide requirements for reports, interfaces, extensions, integration, and conversions for Oracle Payroll.
Viewed as a functional expert or advisor for Oracle Payroll.
Regularly mentor, teach and review work of less experienced team members.
Executes schedules, costs, and documentation to ensure assigned projects come to a successful conclusion.
Initiates corrective action to stay on project schedules.
Preferred:
Oracle Functional professional with 3+ Implementations for Oracle Cloud
Minimally 9 years of experience implementing some combination of relevant Oracle applications with multiple module expertise (Payroll, T&L, Absence Mgmt., Core HR, Benefits).
Specialized in Oracle Payroll
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Certifications in Oracle Cloud Specialization, a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Ability to travel Mon – Thursday even during COVID time.

Location: REMOTE
Duration: 12 months +


We are looking for a backend services developer with 5-12 years of experience delivering APIs and services.

•Docker and Kubernetes

•Git/Github/branching

•Knowledge of common API security (JWT, Oauth2, etc)

•Lagom, Play, or Akka

•Sbt

•Scala or Java



Nice To Have

•AWS familiarity

•Database technology usage (MySQL/PostGRE/SQL Server/Cassandra)

•Experience and comfort delivering Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) Services

•Exposure to HashiCorp technologies
