It's called MOS now. Mostly Out of Service :-)
Matthias
I tried to open a service request a couple of weeks ago and got errors
that made no sense. The support person wanted me to clear my cache,
try a different browwer, use the html version. That new flash version
is ridiculous.
Tahiti was out of service earlier today. It's way fast now, I presume
because people couldn't get there... it redirected to
http://outage-outsourcing.oracle.com/ Boy, they outsource
_everything_ these days.

Maybe they should charge Oracle for flash...

Gratifying. I've been thinking of asking how things were going at
Meta*k since I haven't wanted to bother looking myself and I hadn't
seen any gripes here - til now. Guess I'll hope I don't need anything
for another year or so.

LOL!
They must have outsourced their local Xmas party as well, since we
didn't get a single invitation to attend after spending well over 100
grand with them this year!
Or is it something else that's bugging them?...

Oracle*Grinch?
At least the communication is improving...
Saturday I received 6 closure emails for the same SR almost 1 an hour
for 6 hours.
LOL, I also got several emails closing out my SR as well last weekend.
Go figure.

html version:
Recursive error in error-page calling for /secure/error.jspx, see the
application log for details.
