Description: Hi, Greeting of the Day !!! Our Client has the below requirement. If this interests you please send me your updatwed resume in Word format along with expected rate per hour on W-2. Position Description: Contracted resource will to assist in developing project specific deliverables from the enterprise data warehouse environment. Depending on the requirements of the individual project, the resource will be required to perform one, some or all of the activities identified below. Create/Enhance ETL jobs as needed to load external feeds into warehouse tables/data mart tables. Modify existing ETL jobs in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). Migrate existing SQL/ Korn shell programs into Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). Develop data extracts from the data warehouse environment using Korn shell or ODI. Provide technical support to User Acceptance and Integration testing environments by researching suspected anomalies and periodically refreshing the environments. Performance tuning ETL process and user queries. Develop the production process to automate the ETL and create documentation to transition the process to the Production team. Resource may also be utilized as backfill for permanent staff on other data warehouse activities as the need materializes. Required Skills: 3-5 years experience in ETL development and Data Warehousing Strong hand on experience on Oracle Data Integrator (ODI, formerly Sunopsis) Strong hands on SQL experience in a multi terabyte data warehousing environment (Oracle, DB2 on AIX platform and Netezza). Experience with data warehouse appliance Netezza is a plus. High proficiency in understanding relational, star schema and dimensional data models Korn Shell scripting capabilities.
