Responsibilities: Position Summary: A Business Analyst is responsible for developing business relationships between the internal customer groups and application development. They work with the customer to identify and implement business solutions that improve productivity, communications, and provide quality operations. Primary Roles/Responsibilities: Act as liaison for the integration and communication among applications, databases and technology platforms on a business level. Conduct business process analyses and needs/requirements assessments in an effort to align information technology with business initiatives. Work closely with business owners to ensure best and proper use of Oracle Appplications.
Qualifications: Required Skills / Experience: Three (3) to Five (5) years experience as a Functional Consultant with Oracle 11i Applications in diverse environmenst. 11.5.10.2 preferred. Experience with Studying and Understanding the Business Processes, Gap Analysis, Set ups, Defining functional specs for customizations and application implementation Strong analytical skills complemented with solution architecting and design Ability to interact with customer independently and resolve issues Experience in some of the following specific areas: Order Management Implementation Experience Sales Order Pricing; Customer TCA Management; Service Related Sales; Customer Relationships; Transaction Type Configuration; OTC (order to Cash) - Advanced Pricing Implementation Experience Multi-Currency Conversions; Multi-Org Setup; Attribute Mapping; Integration with Order Management; Integration with third party applications; Modifiers; Qualifiers; and Price List Management - Receivables; Invoicing; Autoinvoice; Customer ManagementAt least (2) Full Cycle Implementations ExperienceSolution Design Experience with MD DocumentsBusiness Requirements Mapping with BR Documents
