Manager - Aa functional/technical professional with at least four full lifecycle (software package) implementations and 8 - 10a years of consulting experience. - At least eight years of experience implementing and configuring (Software Package). - Proven skills as a team lead or Project Manager on at least three+ full cycle implementations - Able to collaborate with clients and identify engagement follow-on opportunities. - Ability to travel 80-100% - A Bachelors and/or a Masters degree or equivalent Deloitte is seeking DemantraaSales and Operationsa(S&OP)aDemand Planning implementation consultants. External consulting experience will be an added advantage in addition to: - A proven consulting/functional professional, with at least one full lifecycle Demantra Sales and Operations Planning implementation. - 5-7 years of Consumer Goods Industry and Consulting experiencea - Strong experience in Supply Chain/S&OP and specific Demantra implementation experience in a Consumer & Industrial Products related sector. - Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team. - A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.a - Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies - Available to travel 80% of the time. - Expertise in Consumer Packaged Goods industry - Expertise in Sales and Operations Planning Processes - A Bachelors degree is required
