We are currently seeking a Senior Associate to join us in our Philadelphia office. IT Advisory Services (ITA) professionals assess, design, and combine leading information management and operational processes, approaches, technologies, and controls to help enable sustained business value and risk management in support of the business. Information Technology (IT) organizations and their leaders often need a business focus that helps enable them to better organize and prioritize their IT investments based on factors including business value created, return on investments, and management of risk.
Responsibilities: . Review business processes and advise clients on system solutions available within the ERP . Evaluate clients business needs and map to functionality within the ERP and assist in the selection of ERP software, new modules/functionality and tools . Participate in ORACLE projects identifying effective controls related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for ORACLE applications . Review and map ORACLE business processes to understand the process in manual and system controls and configuration settings to determine if system controls are used appropriately . Review ORACLE application security profiles to assess application security and perform segregation of duties testing . Assess data conversion and system interface controls for ORACLE system implementations and system controls related to financial and internal audit reviews
Qualifications: . Bachelors degree in appropriate field from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience . Five years of business experience and Oracle implementation utilizing AIM, Fast Forward or a derived methodology in a full implementation project . Detailed understanding of ERP concepts and general module functionality for financial accounting and reporting, inventory management, sales processing, purchasing and/or HR . Hands-on experience in implementing Oracle ERP modules in at least one process . Ability to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and the key integration points . Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across different business processes within an organization and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams . Ability to describe key tasks in the methodology phases and activities involved in Client Relationship Planning (CRP) for Unit Test, Integrated Test, Production Test and Go-Live . Able to explain business controls and present specific examples of key configuration items and experience implementing third party controls software in an Oracle environment
