The Methods and Tools team is chartered to integrate leading practices and standards in the use of Deloittes various methods and tools.a The organization is based on a matrix, where shared service functions will leverage expertise across different method products.a The Methods Coaches and Quality lead will manage initiatives around the quality and standards of the EVD Oracle method. a Key Relationships/Interactions:This position reports to the EVD Oracle Manager. a Specific Responsibilities: Manage quality deliverables and processes within the EVD Oracle method Communicate risks and issues to the their respective leads Show progress against Methods & Tools vision and goals for quality Develop and execute coaching strategy that is aligned with the vision and goals of Methods & Tools Manage the quality thread within the method Define quality needs Develop quality deliverables and processes that align with quality standards Manage relationships with Engagement Quality team and incorporate feedback from users Define and maintain developmental standards and processes Incorporate industry quality standards in the processes and deliverables Skills/Knowledge/Experience: 5 - 10 years experience in consulting or related fields, 4-year degree in business, marketing, or related field Experience with Oracle Knowledge of messaging standards and brand management Knowledge of quality principles and industry standards Demonstrable experience in improving quality in projects / methods and tools Knowledge of Deloittes consulting environment and service lines strongly preferred Specific consulting experience and demonstrated capability in one or more Deloitte service lines and / or industry specialization strongly preferred Good understanding of all Deloitte Consulting enterprise products, frameworks and potential interrelationships ideal; basic knowledge of Practice Area-specific tools and products Ability to learn Deloitte Resources content management system and be an active user of various technologies Strong written and verbal communications skills Demonstrable communications skills and experience in successful upward and downward communications to both general and specific audiences Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to think creatively Good knowledge of coordination of cross-border sourcing activities Management and/or leadership experience Fluent English language skills Good conceptual skills Good organizational skills Experience working with global teamsAbility to travel up to 75% About Deloitte Deloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
