Position Description Job Responsibilities/Department description: The purpose and primary focus of this position is to provide subject matter expertise about local order to cash responsibilities in the Phase Two Plan and Build activity of the Oracle ERP Project. Order to Cash typically reflects the processes executed within the Customer Service, Credit & Collections and Accounts Receivable teams. This position will be key in providing subject matter and business unit expertise, gathering information required and collaborating in the future design plan and build. Position will be part of a Global cross-functional team that includes information technology, security and controls (regulatory, compliance, Part 11, Sox etc), and communications/training focus. Working location: Locally and Framingham,Mass Estimated Percentage of Time Commitment for the Role: 100% Reporting Relationship: Position reports into the Sr Director, Customer Business Solutions Key Activities for the Plan/Design Sessions: March-July, 2010 Plan: . Review Oracle ERP application recommendations . Participate in the Demonstration of ERP functionality (conference room pilot) . Participate in the development of a high-level global rollout strategy . Conduct quality assurance/remote management assessment . Assess application, geographic and organization scope Design: . Participate in the future state design for the Order to Cash functions: o Develop standardized order to cash processes with accompanying data model across the globe o Utilize industry leading practices enabled by standard Oracle functionality o Employ exception based global design when necessary and taking into account local regulatory requirements that are mandated o Participate in the review and finalization of functional and technical specifications reflecting the Order to Cash processes in Oracle ERP

Key Activities for the Build Sessions: August-December 2010 . Participate in the development of unit test scripts and the execution of unit tests . Validate the implementation cut-over and conversion plan . Participate in the configuration of business applications through iterative design, configuration and testing . Execute integration testing . Conduct user acceptance testing . Participate in the planning for decommissioning legacy systems . Participate in the implementation of the integration of supporting technology, process and security controls . Participate in contingency planning . Participate in the final conversion . Participate in the QA/Risk Management review . Participate in projects required for the preparation of Oracle implementation Basic Qualifications : Bachelors Degree and 3 years of experience in the functional area or business unit
