Outside Domain MDB Import

I want to set up a job where nightly SQL will import from tables
in an Access MDB. This MDB file resides on a server that is on another
domain, and there is no trust setup (don't want one setup).

When I choose to Import Data and select this MDB by going Browse
and type in \\ServerName\Share\MDBFilename I get the Network Password
prompt as usual, and use my DOMAIN\Username and password to log in
to gain access to the file.
I guess my question is, the password will expire sooner or later so how can
I tell the automated Job to know the domain username and password to access
the MDB in the other domain?
