I'm sure there will quite a response (or not, we'll see) and some reviews
thrown in
for flavor. I'll put the responses as test data in what I'm building. :-)

Inside SQL Server 2000 by Kalen Delany.
Try some of the SQL sites - SQL Server is extrodinarily well supported on
that front - not sure why the other rdbms aren't - always seems strange to
me - check out google.com and the groups.
Inside SQL Server 2000 has already been mentioned - fab book - I like the
Guru's guid to Transact SQL by Ken Henderson as well.
