NEWBIE to SQL - Create BACKEND in SQL from Acess 2K Database

I am new to SQL. I have created a database using Acess 2K.

I was considering using SQL as the back end. What are the procedures
to convert the backend over to SQL. Or where could I research this and
other pertinent information about SQL and Access2K.
