I am trying to write an OLE DB provider that supports the TCommand set of
interfaces with the ANSI SQL 92 standard. Does anyone already have this
implemented? or does anyone have a good generic SQL 92 query processor which
is shareware that I could purchase? It seems to me that after 5 years of
being a standard that SOMEONE would have a shareware version of this out
there... There is no sense in re-inventing the wheel after all...

Thanks

In article <62sqr9$l...@news1.infoave.net>, gbar...@carol.net says...

Heh. I don't know of any. Does anyone know if SQL Anywhere is SQL-92
compliant?

The problem with SQL compliance is that every vendor decides which pieces
to implement and which not to. Case in point: MS SQL and cascading
deletes.
