The latest newsletter from FMS, Inc., maker of software developer tools and
utilities, carried an article informing us of the death of Mike Groh. Many
here may remember Mike as having at one time been the editor of _Access
Advisor_ magazine, author of many articles and books on developer topics
(esp. Access). He died of pancreatic cancer. He was 50.

The article included the following reference to Mike's obituary:
http://display.mem.com/ContentDisplay.aspx?ID=33322987&lang=en.

In my not-so-humble opinion, Mike Groh was "one of the good guys" and the
world of Access will be the worse for his passing, but better for him having
passed through it.

Gee, In reading his amazing Obituary I now wish I had paid more attention to
him since no doubt could have learned much from his long time contributions
to our Access community.

My condolences to Michael's family. I cannot say I was much familiar with
Michael work, but that is simply due to my own shortcomings.
