My name is Mike Skousen. We just had one of our access data base
builders leave us to work for a family business in California, so I am
looking again. This position is located in Utah and I am willing to
talk with anyone anywhere in the US, but please understand we are
trying to get local talent to minimize expense on relocation fees. If
we found the right candidate out of state and they wanted the
position, they would have to move on their own dime, just want that
known up front. Anyway I am including a description of the position

Job Description
The candidate we are seeking must have previous successful work
related experience with data analysis. Previous work experience
within the transportation industry is not required but preferred. We
are looking for an innovative individual who thinks of himself/herself
as a person who is able to make business models and apply sound
business principles to improve business performance.
Our work environment is fast paced and candidates must be flexible and
adaptable to change.
The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited
to:
· Provide day to day, month to month analysis of past, present and
future financial standings
· Provide weekly result reports
· Resolve reporting discrepancies
· Provide reports to department managers
· Maintain Access database
· Work with and understand the needs of multiple departments within
the division
Job Requirements
The required qualifications for this position include but not limited
to:
· Microsoft Excel – Expert
· Microsoft Access – Expert
· Sales analysis/trending
· Able to extrapolate data into usable content
· Develop financial plans and forecasts
· Improve current processes and build new ones
· Self motivated
· Problem solving and analytical skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Team oriented
· Effective communication skills
· Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience

18 years of age or older
