Hi all,
I have a report that works perfectly in my copy of the database in
Access 2007, but when my client runs the exact same report in the
exact same database but in Access 2010 there is always one extra blank
page at the end of the report.

The report gets published as a PDF and my client has been just
deleting the extra page in Adobe, but this can be cumbersome in cases
where several PDFs are produced at the same time.

Anybody have any suggestions? This is a report where each page
represents a different person. Again, in A2007 there is no extra page,
but in A2010 there is.

Thanks!

How do you send/create your report to a PDF?

I could have to do with your margins and the default printer. Access can't
render a report without a default printer installed. Different printers have
different print area available. I mostly don't use margins less than .5in
and NEVER less than .4in. and have never had a problem.
What size are your margins?

I had the same problem.
Remove the Report Header/Footer if one of the other sections have a "Force
page after Section" property.

Well, the margins are small --- 0.25 on each side...

Hm. Interesting. But if you need to put page numbers and other data at
the bottom of each page, where do you put it? If I put it in a group
footer, it appears too high on the page.

I haven't had the chance to try either approach on Access 2010 yet...

Increase the margins to at least .4 and see what happens. You are going to
have to try different suggestions. No one can give you a difinitive answer
without being there.
