I've failed to find an answer to this one, therefore the new post.

Is there a reliable way to display the contents of a PDF or Word doc within an Access report? I've tried unbound OLE frames with various attempts at VB code, but have failed miserably.

Hoping that someone out there has succeeded in this. Thanks.

Far, far easier solution:

Insert a webbrowser control on your screen, name it something (webControl in my example below), then just point to the pdf you want to display in your form like this...

webControl.object.navigate "c:\test.pdf"
OR
webControl.navigate "c:\test.pdf"

webControl.object.navigate only works for me... for some other people, webControl.navigate worked fine for them. Go figure. The cool thing about the web browser control is that you can display images, word documents, excel spreadsheets, pdfs, html pages, etc .. all in one control without having to change anything."

Thanks, Patrick, but that solution appears to work only for Forms.
I'm looking for a solution for Reports.
Thanks for the quick response though!
