Master Daemon died ??

Hi ,

Environment : IDS 7.30UC3. Sun Solaris 2.5

The instance goes down, and the only message I see in the
online log is this

14:38:27 Checkpoint Completed: duration was 15 seconds.
14:47:51 The Master Daemon Died
14:47:51 PANIC: Attempting to bring system down

What does this message mean ?
I get no dump file in DUMPDIR.

Would this happen if somebody killed oninit ?

Hi,

Found the problem.
If u (unwittingly) kill the oninit (with pid 1), this
message is displayed.
