Sybase vs oracle vs ingres

i'm looking for comparison info on :
oracle vs sybase vs ingres vs sybase.

the parameters i'm specially interested in are:

locks(row level or page level)
parallel query support
retrieval/processing speed
optimizer info(cost based/rule based)
memory efficiency
interoperability
platforms supported

i'd appreciate if someone could mail this info or guide me to a website, that u know of
