The JDBC drivers are under the heading "JDBC/EMBEDDED SQLJ". JDBC
2.21.JC3 is the latest version.

Without some research, I can't comment on the immediate question right
now, but would like to clarify that Informix distributes two JDBC
drivers, version 1.22 and version 2.21.
The 1.22 version is intended for platforms running a JDK version older
than 1.2. This driver is based on the JDBC 1.22 specification, and
like this version of the specification, is not being actively
enhanced.
The 2.21.JC3 driver is intended for platforms running JDK 1.2 and
later. It is currently based on the JDBC 2.x specification, and is
being actively maintained. Features from the JDBC 3.0 specification
are being added to the JDBC driver.

After re-reading your mail I wasn't sure if you were looking for a
JDBC driver for Informix Dynamic Server (also known as ... Universal
Server at some point in the past) or the U2 (Multivalued database)
database called UniVerse.
If you are looking for the driver for the Informix Dynamic Server 9.x,
the www.informix.com/evaluate site is the place to look.
There is JDBC connectivity for the U2 UniVerse database server as
well. I can't find the download site, but the U2 product information
page (http://www-3.ibm.com/software/data/u2/highlights/u2_now.html)
gives an email address (u2a...@us.ibm.com) for inquiries. I would
recommend starting there.
Good luck,

It's included with both UniVerse and UniData...
