Message found when doing a oncheck -pe

RS6000 AIX 4.1.4 Informix 7.12UC2. I receive the following message in the
oncheck -pe report for my dbspace that is defined as a temp dbspace. What
does this mean?
DBspace 'dbspace9' is disabled
