We build applications using the WebBlade and the Informix AppPage builder.
Making complex webpages with this tool is very impractical though. Does anyone
know a cheap alternative for APB ?

Yes, you should consider DDW. APB is simply not effective enough when
developing medium to large web projects. We just got our eval copy of DDW
from local Informix office. Maybe it's time to improve your relationship
with your local Informix marketing folks? ;-)
