onstat -l
will give the status of the logical logs. From another recent
post, I will posit that you have no free logical logs for the
checkpoint process to record it's business. I recommend you
backup your logical logs and then see if the error goes away.

The question is why is the Checkpoint Blocked? Informix messages log?
Could be used up all logs, problem with your disks, or doing a recovery ...
Resolve that and you will be fine.
BTW we are not informix support.
