Is there a redbook on implementing row level security in DB2 9.7 LUW ?
Can someone list the link, I can't find anything on IBM's site
regarding the topic.
Thanks,
JD

It's called "LBAC" (Label Based Access Control) and is delivered as an
optional feature called "Advanced Access Control Feature".

There is a Redbook "DB2 Security and Compliance Solutions for Linux, UNIX
and Windows" that also covers LBAC, but it is for 9.5:
http://www.redbooks.ibm.com/abstracts/sg247555.html

DeveloperWorks has a 2-part tutorial on LBAC (also 9.5 based) here:
http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/views/data/libraryview.jsp?search_by=LBAC+series
(registration needed for full access)

The Infocenter for DB2 9.7 contains a chapter on DB2's security model,
including LBAC:
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/db2luw/v9r7/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.db2.luw.admin.sec.doc/doc/c0021804.html

Thanks.
Do you know if there is an additional license fee for this feature?

Yes, the advanced access control feature is an extra-cost feature - and
it is only available if you have ESE.
