Hi,

I'm getting this error message whenever I try to execute DB2START.EXE (or any
other DB2 command for that matter, although with varying message numbers).

I'm using DB2/2 2.1.2 Single User installed on drive D: with the OS/2 boot
drive being C:. I reinstalled and rebooted a couple of times but the problem
persists. The environment is set correctly to DB2PATH=D:\SQLLIB and
DB2INSTANCE=DB2. The instance directory D:\SQLLIB\DB2 exists and seems to be
populated correctly.

Has anyone else seen this?

TIA,
Andreas

You will need to change the Country setting to one supported by DB2 (e.g.
Germany) using Selective Install (thanks to Stefan Gombar
<e912...@student.tuwien.ac.at> for this hint).
