SQL Server to DB2 UDB Migration

Hi
I am trying to evaluate the IBM migration tool kit for migrating
the
SQL Sever database to DB2 UDB V7.2. Using this tool I am able to
migrate all
the database objects to DB2 database except the data. Somehow the data
is not
populated to the tables. The log shows the invalid path for the data
files.
I cross checked the path and the path is correct but the data files
aren't generated due to some problem. The data files are created by
the batch/shell
scripts which the migration tool generates. I am unable to figure out
the exact problem. Does anybody have this kind of experience before?
