I´m looking for the driver to install db2cli.dll in order to keep
working the ODBC connection in my PC (that later I will use with
Business Objects)
Does anyone know where to get it?

Typically this .dll gets installed when you install DB2 on your
workstation. If you can get ahold of the actual .dll file from a
friend or colleague you should be able to install it manually by
typing regsvr32 on the command line.
