Hi All

Whenever i am trying to connect to my database this is the error
that i am facing. I a not able to go ahead from thsi point because to
proceed i need to have atleast the connection which i am not able to
do.

I am able to just start the database instance . Can anyone tell
whats causing this issue and is there a solution for this.

All my table spaces are being shown as being 100% used which is not
the reality.
