Problems with db2 on MSCS

Hello ng,
I've got a DB2 on a MSCS Cluster. There are 2 machines, each machine
uses a Win2000 Advanced Server and DB2 installed on the local drive
with a shared Disk on d:\. Our shared disk is about 20GB mounted from
a Netapp Filer, it works like a normal shared SCSI disk in a cluster.
DB2 is installed without the FixPacks and I can't create a
sampledatabase. The error is: The databasefolder in the datasystem was
not found SQLSTATE=58031. The description is in german, so I hope my
translation is correct. The complete installation is done with the
Implementing guide TR-74.177 from IBM (Hot Stand By).
