Need more filemaker clients, but FM 4 is no longer abailable?

I'm working with Filemaker on a small network with 14 clients. I use Filemaker 4 on each client and this work perfectly fine, but I need to expand the number of clients.

Is it really true that simply because I can't buy FM 4 anymore I have to buy 15 licencies of FM 5 just because I need 1 extra client? This can't be true, can it?
