Error 8517 and Error 8505

Does anybody knows what this means, This error we become very often

Those errors appear when you have the LOCAL=YES set in the setup utility,
but you have no local engine. Go into the Pervasive setup & set the
system for Local=No.

If you want to easily clear the logs from each WS, download my REMFILE on
my web site.

We got also the same error with SqlPervasive 2000 7.51. I've checked
the local parameter on the client workstation but it was already set to
NO.

We also really would appreciate any help on this issue.
