Problm after install PSQL 9.5 on Win2003Server

Hi,

we tried to install PSQL 9.5 SP2 on a Win2003Server.
We do that with *local* admin-rights. We use "complete install". The
Install runs seemingly(!) without problem.
After install the relation engine test fails.
We looked to the PCC and there we see under engines our server
(RZ-LIMS1), but under Databases there is nothing.
We looked under c:\pvsw\demodata: there is only a directroy "restore"
but no database-tables.
(after former installations (on other servers) we have several files
in c:\pvsw\demodata).

We wanted than use PCC to change some of the engine-settings:
we open PCC with local admin rights and changed "create file version"
to 7.x and pressed "apply": the PCC tells us, that the services
needed to restart: we pressed "restart now" and there is shown a
messagebox with a progress bar: seemingly the services are restartet.
After closing an reopen the PCC the changes are lost.

Somtehing we made wrong. Does anybody know, how to do better?

Hi,

we retried all with domain-admin-rights and this works as aspected.

It is only suprising, that local admin rights are not enought and that
the PCC accept changes without error-message but dont activate them.
