VT-Express, there is no faster JPEG viewer!

Hi,
today I have got the new win3.x JPEG viewer VT-Express from Xing
Technology, Arroyo Grande, CA.

You won't belive it how fast VT-EXPRESS is !

Boo eehhh ! (As we say over here in Germany !)

The JPEG pic is just there ! 1-2 seconds with bigger pics like 800x600

It really blows all other win3.x JPEG viewers away !

It is just as using VPIC under DOS with GIF pics !

You don't believe it is a JPEG pic You load and display ! Man, is this
fast !

It has a 1 pass color quantisation and picture quality on 256 colors
displays is comparable with the WINJPEG110.ZIP JPEG viewer set to
1 pass Floyd-Steinberg dithering.

But on true color displays, You don't see the difference. I got
VT-Express today and checked it in win3.1 with a Diamond Speedstar
Hicolor card also in 800x600x32k colors and there You don't have this
color quantisation problem. There it turns out to be the real winner.

Tommorrow I gonna check it with my new Genoa 7900 true color 24 bits
SVGA board and will post again a summary !

Okay, in this moment, it is still 345 US$ , but for a professional
JPEG viewer it is a must !
