Does anyone know of any existing program that can either create or
unpack files compatible with WinZip 10's new PPMd zip option? Of have
they just pulled this format out of their... um, have they created their
own new format?

According to Igor Pavlov (7-zip) WinZip uses PPMdI (PPMD-2002) with
-mem50m -o8 settings by default

If anyone has a spec on this I would love to get hold of it, then WinRK
v2.2 could provide the same (and compatible) feature.
