SRAM-Model for PrimeTime

Has anybody out there succeeded in writing a SRAM-Model for
SYNOPSYS PrimeTime? Is there already any ASIC vendor, generating
PrimeTime models for a generated RAM?
Any suggestions are appreciated.

I am not to answer your question. :-) Instead, I would like to raise
another issue: how many of you
used MOTIVE before and switch to PrimeTime right now? Which(MOTIVE,
PrimeTime) do you think
is a more powerful tool? I am curious since my company uses MOTIVE now,
but also evaluates PrimeTime
simultaneously.
