You can calculate the length of a 3d sketchline, you just need to be careful
to only select the line and arc segments that make up the sketch. If you
include vertex points in your selection it will tell you that your have an
"invalid combination of selected entities".
Regarding the fillet radius display, I also wish it would show.

You'll find that if you have the 3D sketch OPEN for editing, select one
or more of the entities (lines or fillet arcs) and then open the
Tools /Measure dialog box, the total length will be calculated.
Please note that, if you want to select all of the entitites in the
OPEN 3D sketch by dragging a window around them, it is necessary
to "filter" on "sketch segments" - otherwise the measure dialog box
will report an invalid combination of selected entities. I think this
happens because the origin may get selected if the filter isn't on.
It would be handy if it would work even with the sketch closed, but it
doesn't.
I don't know why the radial value of 3D sketch fillets can't be
dimensioned, but agree that it should be possible.

Wrongsky,
You could turn the 3D sketch into a composite curve with only a few picks.
This saves time 'cause you don't have to pick every last item in the sketch,
just select the sketch from the FeatureManager when creating the composite
curve. Then you can measure the composite curve.

YES!
