.187 is NOT the same as .1875 or .1865 or .1873!!
And when you have two differently sized holes selecting
a large one with a + selection tolerance will not find the
smaller ones. But if you select a smaller one it may find the larger
ones.
Naturally these may be selected as multiple sets ...

"Mask on arc" works just fine for the non-clueless.
And nobody that does not know simple things such as
1875 > 1873 has any business pretending to be a programmer
of any sort.

dood, I for one like history based modeling. The problem lies in the
conversion programs.
If the stuff is native...screw direct modeling. A little bit is nice, it's
fast, etc...mostly good for someone who just has to drop a floor or wall.
But to model with? Nothing beats the history tree.
The problem is non-native, but the answer isn't direct modeling, it's a
better converter between systems.
But you jump all over the new buzz words you found on google today if it
makes you feel "adequate".
And screw PRO-E! The stuff is way over priced and all moduled out.
Soon it will be merged into UG like every other good software is at the
moment.

Fro those who haven't tried SpaceClaim, I highly suggest you do and
find out how easy and enjoyable 3D solid modeling really is. Everyone
in the CAD business is now rushing to copy the Push/Pull/Move user
interface that SpaceClaim and Spatial developed.

James Meyette works for Selway Machine tools as an applications
engineer. He does so because he can't make it working for a machining
job shop where he would crack because he can't handle pressure. Before
working for Selway as an applications engineer, James Meyette was a
Mastercam salesman for CADCAM Consulting:
At CADCAM Consulting James Meyette failed miserably and blamed his
failures on illegal Mastercam use.

Right Jon, the "high pressure" environment of a machining job shop
where all you do is drill holes in plates unsuccessfully with worn out
Haas machines that drop tools. Now that's some boiler room pressure
right there!
When was the last time you programmed a 5 axis machine, Jon? Hell, for
that matter, when have you ever even programmed a 4 axis machine?
Also, I'm quite certain he makes more money than you.
