I recently received my Microstation 95 Upgrade documentation from Bentley and
am looking for some information on TCB variables. I looked in the "Master
Index" for User Command and was pointed to 15-22 Ref. I assumed this was
chapter 15 page 22 in A document named Reference. What document is this
and how can I get it.

The document set I received includes Master index, Users's Guide, Admin Guide,
BASIC Guide, Upgrade Guide, Tutorial Workbook, and Setup Guide.

Hi Steve,
As a programmer, you should know...

It is a dangling pointer ;))

/Chris...

PS: (For non-programers: A dangling pointer is a pointer which becomes undefined if the
object that it is pointing to "disappear" during the lifetime of the pointer)

Steve: This Ref thing is the On-line Reference Guide, which is on-line
(literally.) On the CD are PDF files that can be referenced with Adode
Acrobat's Reader (1.0 for DOS and 2.1 for Windows), which is also on
the CD. Info on the Reader can be found in several areas, the root
level README on the CD (product installation instructions) and the
product level README (updates to info that is not in the docs)

For information about installing Acrobat Reader, see ACROREAD.TXT in
the \acrobat\ directory on the CD. For information about using Acrobat
Reader, see HELP_R.PDF, which is installed in Acrobat Reader's \help\
directory after installation. HTH

BTW, there should have been a card in the media box that described
that the doc abbreviations mean. Did you not get that?
