When I ran dc analysis on Nmos and annotated it on schematic I got 2 parameters, ron=2.655k and rout=30.42k. Can some one tell me the difference between the two? when I tried to do analytical calculation for ron (supposing that it is on resistance)

ron= early_voltage/Id =28.65/0.9416 = 30.42kohms

early voltage and Id also i got form dc operating point annotation.

rout=30.54kohms from the inverse of the slope of Id vs Vds graph

can some one explain these parameters
