Unable to view layers

Hi to all.
I was able to view a drawing with all its layers on a computer at
work in AutoCad 2006. The drawing was created in AutoCad 2004 format
but I am unable to view most of the layers apart from 3 in AutoCad
2005 on another Computer despite all the layers being unfrozen or
visible.

Does anybody know where I should start with the troubleshooting
process. I guess it has to do with some disabled or enabled settings
in the AutoCad 2005 PC.

My first guess is that the missing layers came from a now missing XREF.
