Hi!
Is there anybody who know how to get SOLPROF accepting solids
inside blocks without exploding them ... I'm using Acad 2000i.
Have considered writing a lisp routine but somebody must have
done this before for eons ago.

I am having trouble finding a way to get the total length of a 3DPOLYLINE
(made up of many segments) in AutoCAD14.
I have tried various commands in AutoCAD and searched various LISP sites but
can find nothing that works on 3D Polylines.
If anyone knows of a solution please respond.

Try the "lengthen" command. It displays the length of the object you select.
