We would like to create a list of attribute information.
from a set of Autocad drawing files with the use of a C or Basic
program. We do not want to load the files into Autocad. Is this
possible ? Are there programs available which already do this?
Our other Cad system already does this.

I've seen a product advertise that may do what you want but I have not tried
