Alright, I can deal with the MIME, but please, please,
stop with the binaries! [begging in a nice voice].
Why?
#1 this is not a binary newsgroup
#2 some of us download to read offline and therefor
don't "subscribe" to binary groups because of
download time.
#3 some companies download to their news server
and don't carry binary groups because of the
download time. small companies, like mine,
share a modem line w/ a fax line & can't afford
to have the line tied up for "luxuries".
#4 binaries in a non-binary group will cause some
sys admins to stop carrying that newsgroup.
This is not ment as a flame, just an FYI & a request.

One had a date of 1988 in it, and their headers indicate they were
AutoCAD-86 vintage, so they appear to be pretty old. Perhaps they were
part of the international version of R9 or R10?

I believe CENTBH came with softdesk... I know I had it at a previous
job in Acad R11. (Sorry, don't have it here!)

The ISO3098B.SHX was originally distributed on the Australia/New
Zealand Supplemental Disk provided with AutoCAD purchased through
Autodesk Australia. This was done as this font is required for local
Standards compliance. For some reason, Autodesk Australia have
decided to cease distributing this with R13, and no one there seems to
be willing to say whether they can be distributed to new R13 users.
As far as I am aware, fonts compiled with R12 have the header
identifying them as AutoCAD-86 shape files.
